Copperbrook Path is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to our business or reputation. In such cases, any outstanding fees will remain due and payable.

Your Session, Our Promise
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified in your invoice. The deposit secures your session date and time and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.
Your session will take place at the agreed-upon location, date, and time. Any changes to the session details (e.g., location, time, or scope) must be communicated to Copperbrook Path at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees or result in rescheduling.
As the client, you agree to:
Copperbrook Path retains creative control over the artistic direction, lighting, posing, and editing of all sessions. While we welcome your input and preferences, final decisions rest with our team to ensure the highest quality results. Clients may request minor adjustments to the final deliverables within 14 days of delivery.
Upon full payment, you will receive the agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., edited images, videos, or digital files) via a secure online gallery or download link. The deliverables are licensed for personal or commercial use as outlined in your booking. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made.
For outdoor sessions, Copperbrook Path reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the session due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative. In the event of illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your session.
By booking a session with Copperbrook Path, you agree to release and hold harmless Copperbrook Path, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the session. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, property damage, or personal injury.
Creating a Safe and Respectful Environment
All clients, models, and visitors must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while at Copperbrook Path's studio. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session.
Clients and visitors are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please notify us immediately to reschedule your session. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available for use in the studio.
Our studio is equipped with professional photography and videography gear. Clients and visitors are not permitted to handle or adjust equipment without explicit permission from the Copperbrook Path team. Any damage to equipment or props caused by negligence may result in additional fees.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the shooting area to prevent spills or damage to equipment. A designated area is available for snacks and beverages. Please dispose of all trash in the provided bins.
Children and pets are welcome in the studio but must be supervised at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children's safety and behavior. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to the session.
Clients are responsible for bringing their own wardrobe, accessories, and styling products. Copperbrook Path is not liable for any damage to clothing or personal items during the session. We recommend avoiding overly loose or hazardous clothing that may pose a safety risk.
In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of the Copperbrook Path team. Fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits are clearly marked and accessible. Please familiarize yourself with the studio layout upon arrival.
Copperbrook Path follows local health guidelines regarding COVID-19 and other illnesses. Masks may be required in the studio at our discretion. If you or anyone in your party tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your session, please notify us immediately to reschedule.
Our Commitment to Fairness
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your session date and time. The deposit amount is specified in your booking confirmation and is applied toward the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.
You may reschedule your session once without penalty, provided you notify Copperbrook Path at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total session cost. A second rescheduling request will forfeit the original deposit.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will forfeit the deposit in full. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
If Copperbrook Path cancels or reschedules your session due to inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you might choose between a full refund of your deposit or rescheduling at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Once deliverables (e.g., edited images, videos, or digital files) have been provided, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with the final results, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss minor adjustments. Major revisions or re-shoots may incur additional fees.
Copperbrook Path is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be resolved at the discretion of Copperbrook Path. We reserve the right to withhold refunds if we believe the cancellation violates these policies or our Terms of Service.
